Refund Policy
The landing website does not accept payments. Refunds apply only to paid Telegram bot readings paid with Telegram Stars.

The daily card, quick landing spread, and card meaning pages are free and do not involve payments.
Paid Telegram readings
A paid reading is created after a successful Telegram Stars payment. Once payment is accepted, the bot queues the reading, generates the interpretation, and sends the result in Telegram.
When refunds may apply
A refund may apply if a paid reading cannot be delivered because of a technical service failure. The system may also automatically refund stale unprocessed paid orders.
When refunds usually do not apply
Refunds are usually not provided only because you disagree with the interpretation or the result did not match expectations. Tarot interpretations are for entertainment and reflection.
How to request support
If a paid reading was not delivered or a payment error occurred, use /paysupport in the bot or email [email protected]. Include the approximate payment time and a description of the issue.
